F.R.S.T. First Responder Specialized Treatment Program

Take care of your mental health with our specialized first responder treatment program. We provide support to our community heroes, who are often the first to arrive or assist in an emergency. Our clinicians have an understanding of first responder culture through previous work experiences. They help you to cope with stress management and trauma related to the job as well as personal/home life stressors and mental health issues. Westborough's F.R.S.T. PHP and IOP specifically caters to the first responder population, including fire, police, dispatch, emergency doctors and nurses.
We use a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and critical incident stress management skills to help first responders cope with job-related stress/trauma, personal/home-life stressors and mental health issues. Our clinicians understand first responder culture through previous work experiences and can help patients address their mental health needs without judgement or stigma.
